Service description

AIActStack provides tools to help companies understand and track their obligations under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689). This includes an AI stack scanner, compliance document generator, obligation tracker, and educational curriculum.

Not legal advice

AIActStack provides general guidance based on the EU AI Act text. It is not legal advice. The tools, documents, guides, and curriculum are for informational and educational purposes only. For formal compliance and legal certainty, consult a qualified legal professional.

Generated compliance documents (transparency notices, DPIAs, risk management plans, incident response protocols) are templates that require your review and customization. AIActStack is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of generated documents as applied to your specific situation.

Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when using the scanner and other tools.
  • You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Compliance documents generated by AIActStack are yours to use, modify, and distribute as needed for your business. The AIActStack platform, guides, curriculum content, and branding remain the property of AIActStack.

Limitation of liability

AIActStack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: regulatory fines, compliance failures, or business losses resulting from reliance on AIActStack’s tools or generated content.

Service availability

We aim to keep AIActStack available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AIActStack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
